Brief Summary of Job Description
Assist with the design, development, production, recording, and editing of video and graphic projects from concept to completion. Capture and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating, and inserting static and motion graphics, adding music/voice-over, media management and archiving project media. Assist with social and digital media content ideation, creation, posting, community management of social media channels and reporting. Develop production schedules and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help facilitate the creation of video/audio/visual content. Independently and collaboratively, capture, shoot, edit and publish multimedia content under tight deadlines
Job Duties

- Capture and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating, and inserting static and motion graphics, adding music/voice-over, media management and archiving project media.
- Assist with social and digital media content ideation, creation, posting, community management of social media channels and reporting. Develop production schedules and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help facilitate the creation of video/audio/visual content.
- Independently and collaboratively, capture, shoot, edit and publish multimedia content under tight deadlines.
- Duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of video and multimedia technology.
- Independently and collaboratively, capture, shoot, edit, and publish multimedia content under tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand and interpret the desired outcome of requested projects using excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline WITH 2 years experience in professional video and multimedia production.
- Knowledge of industry standard video production equipment, software, and processes and experience in producing and editing audio and video.
- Photography experience.
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects and Photoshop.
- Technical expertise to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
Schedule M-F, 8 am-5 pm, 40 hours
