Job Description

This position will assist the program director developing and maintaining the Fellowship training program within the department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health.

Liaison and coordinator between the Fellows and program directors/department.

Admin support for 5 full-time MFM Physicians and 2 full-time NP's.

Fellow call schedules/rotation schedules, etc.

Creating and maintaining Fellowship handbook/manual showing program expectations.

Daily communication and admin support for fellows in the MFM Fellowship program.

Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through planning. organization and coordination.

Other duties as assigned.

Shift

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $18.50 - $34.18 hourly
Grade: GGS - 008
