Job Summary

This position involves serving as a study interventionist on a PCORI-funded young adult suicide prevention project. After receiving intensive training by the Principal Investigator and study team, the interventionist will deliver a brief, suicide prevention intervention via telehealth that uses motivational interviewing. The position also involves completing all study documentation and participating in group supervision with other team members.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will be a graduate student in social work, psychology, or counseling or have a masters degree in one of these fields. Other desired skills include attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to follow a manualized intervention protocol, and strong interpersonal skills.
