Job Summary
The Office of Graduate Medical Education ( GME) is seeking a Business Administrator to maintain oversight on all billing, receivables, and resident/fellow payroll and benefits.
Monthly cost center reconciliations needed to ensure account accuracy. Oversight and assistance as needed with all resident/fellow HR onboarding requirements and bi-weekly payroll for residents and fellows.
This position reports to the GME Associate Director/ UKHC and will have a dotted-line reporting structure to the Chief Financial Officer/ UKHC.
This position should be well informed of new UK financial policies/processes and educate staff as necessary to keep GME in compliance.
