Physical Requirements

Light physical activities and efforts required to work in a standard office setting including filing, working at a desk for long periods of time, and lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 10 lbs. Also requires vision to read printed materials and materials on a computer screen as well as hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone.

Shift

Days, with core hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Summary

As an HR Leadership Associate, you will embark on a dynamic journey that offers a blend of HR functions and executive support. This unique role provides a platform for exposure, mentorship, and experiential learning. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership roles within the organization, equipping you with a broad understanding of HR functions and executive support responsibilities.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Successful candidates must have ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment. Must have demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, judgment and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Position requires proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and ability to learn financial and HR functions with SAP. Must have strong problem solving, follow-up, attention to detail, and planning and organizational skills. A high level of integrity, respect for confidentiality and diversity are all crucial attributes.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous learning orientation required.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, which will enhance the candidate's potential for success in the role.
