Job Overview
The Ohio Innocence Project (OIP) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law seeks to hire a part-time (30 hours per week) Staff Attorney who will report to the OIP Director and will assist the Clinical Professors who litigate cases of actual innocence in the OIP clinic. This is a two (2) year position with extension subject to funding and need.
Essential Functions
JD degree from an ABA-accredited United States school of law.
Required Trainings/Certifications
Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio with admission to the Ohio Bar Association.
Required Experience
Experience with innocence or post-conviction law.

- Present and argue cases in court.
