The Program Manager II manages the pre-award and post-award grant and contract administration. This position maintains post-award grants and contracts activities as well as provides logistic support to faculty in need. This position is responsible for maintaining and ordering of office operating expenses, faculty sponsored project ordering, invoice payments and travel reconciliations, RASU point of contact, new faculty recruitment and hiring, ASTMH event planning, weekly seminar catering, management of graduate assistants, development and maintenance of electronic newsletter, management of sponsored project database tracking.
