Truck Driver Needed New Era Custom Design And Cabinet Works Inc is Maryland’s premier architectural woodworking company located in the Frederick Area. We manufacture and install custom woodworking in the Baltimore/Washington/ VA area. New Era is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to drive our 26’ box trucks. Drivers must have a clean driving record for local deliveries. Knowledge of the Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Virginia area is required. We offer top pay and benefits.

Immediate Opportunities: Full time Local deliveries DOT Card is required. Full time work. If no deliveries are the next day, drivers are able to assist around the shop and clean/maintain trucks as required.

Delivery Duties: Help load and unload custom millwork and furniture. Clean up truck cab daily. Make sure truck is ready to go for next day deliveries; fuel tank filled, back of truck clean of all debris, straps/tie downs are present, furniture pads are stacked. Must be able to lift and move large heavy furniture Local deliveries within 100 miles from our headquarters. Delivering to mostly construction sites. Trucks have tail gate lift. Most deliveries have start time at 5:00 am though 1:00 pm though overtime is encouraged. Some deliveries require truck to leave at 4:00 and earlier.
