Eakes Office Solutions is seeking a Technical Service Manager for the western side of Nebraska. This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective operations of the Service Department at each company locations. This includes appropriately responding to customer technical needs, coordinating significant pro-jects, and coaching/training all Service Engineers to ensure quick customer resolution and cost-effective service operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate/oversee a training program for new technicians and on-going training for existing technicians.
Review and monitor training programs conducted by individual store locations.
Manage internal cross training; coordinate and arrange in-store training available from manufacturer.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the equipment the company is servicing/supporting to provide the knowledge necessary to provide technical support.
Effectively supervise personnel for optimum performance and compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements/Experience:
5+ years technical experience preferred
2+ years supervisory experience preferred
College courses desirable
Technical degree in Electronics/Electromechanical preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer relation skills
