Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, performs responsible clerical and customer service work in the Park and Recreation Department at the Ernest Grundy Tennis Center primarily on evenings and weekends. Work varies; individual judgment is required within generally prescribed standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Perform basic reception duties to make visitors feel welcome; answer and direct telephone calls; reserve court space for participants; accept admission fees and season pass sales; monitor use of facility; perform clerical support for staff; perform for routine cleaning; open and close the tennis facility; and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience or coursework in clerical responsibilities including office machinery and equipment. Requires strong computer and customer service skills with ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license required.
