Litigation Associate

Bailey Kennedy, LLP is seeking a litigation associate, ideally with one-to-three years of experience, to join the Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Qualified candidates are those persons who are critical thinkers, team players, motivated to succeed, creative, and have a passion for life and the law. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable record of achievement and prior litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial litigation, including researching and drafting briefs, handling disclosures and written discovery, and arguing motions, and may also include preparing for and handling depositions.
